2nds are all brand new. They are 2nd quality because they have either a slight flaw such as a snap that's not perfectly placed, or the color was off or some other similar reason. A few were washed by the company to check durablilty and have no flaws otherwise. I can't even tell whats wrong with some of them!
Mommys Touch Easy Clean 2nds are all completely functional.
